- Information found: C.V. (Dr. Nikolaus Forgó; born in 1968 in Vienna; studied law, philosophy and linguistics in Vienna and Paris (Paris II Panthéon-Assas). After he had finished his doctoral thesis in Vienna about legal theory, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Roman law at the University of Vienna. From 1996 to 2000 he was responsible for Information Technology at the law faculty of said University. In the following two years he was a deputy-professor for IT-Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Hannover. In 2002 he then has become full professor for IT-Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Hannover. Since April 2007 he has been holding the Chair of Legal Informatics and IT-Law) publications (Nachpositivistisches Rechtsdenken, 1996; Ethical and legal requierements for transnational genetic research, 2010)
