Whitehall, January 30. 1695/6. On Monday last two packet-boats came from Helvoetsluys, having each two mails on board, but were separated the night following; one of them arrived on Tuesday at Laystoft; of the other we have no farther news. The two mails that are come in, bring the advices, which follow, under the freshest dates. Published by Authority.
