William Elliot, principal secretary to His Grace the Duke of Bedford, and the Rt. Hon. George Ponsonby, Lord High Chancellor of Ireland : Relative to the persecutions of the Roman Catholics in his district, by a certain description of Orangeman, and the manner in which the laws are administered, with regard to the former class of people; with a short introduction, in which allusions are made to former communications and conversations which Mr. Wilson had with Mr Windham, Lord Eldon, Mr Wickham, and Sir Evan Nepean, upon the above mentioned subjects.
