VOL.211(12) Trial by nisi prius, in the Court of King's Bench, Ireland, in the case wherein Mr. John Hevey was plaintiff, and Charles Henry Sirr, Esq. was defendant. On an action for an assault, and false imprisonment. This trial was had before the Right Honourable Arthur Lord Viscount Kilwarden, Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench. And a special jury. VOL.211(13) Trial of Edward Marcus Despard, Esq; for high treason, before Lord Ellenborough, Sir Alexander Thompson, Knt. Sir Simon le Blanc Knt. and Sir Alan Chambre, at a special commission held at the New Sessions-House, Southwark, London. To which is added, a full report of the trial of the other conspirators, implicated in the same plot. Taken in short-hand by an eminent short-hand writer.
