VOL.220(2) Report of the trial of an action, wherein the Honourable Frederick Cavendish was plaintiff, and the Hope Insurance Company of London were defendants, before the Right Hon. John Lord Norbury, Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of Common Pleas in Ireland, and a special jury which continued from Thursday 18th to Tuesday 23 February, 1813. VOL.220(3) The judgments lately pronounced by the Right Hon. Lord Norbury, Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas, and by Mr. Justice Fletcher, on an application made to that court for a new trial, in a cause, in which the Hon. Frederick Cavendish was plaintiff, and the Hope Insurance Company of London were defendants; together with the argument of Charles Burton, Esq ... in support of said application. To which is added, an appendix, containing "the arrogant and nonsensical proclamation" of the jurors who tried said cause; the several letters of the plaintiff, addressed to those jurors, ... with some hints to "the inquisitors". VOL.220(4) An authentic report of the charge delivered by the Right Hon. William Downes, Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench, in Ireland, to a special jury, on Wednesday, March 9, 1814, in a cause, in which the Hon. Frederick Cavendish was plaintiff, and the Globe Insurance Company of London were defendants. VOL.220(5) Catholic-Committee persecution. Grady's defence of John Magee, Esq. in an action for damages brought by William Coppinger, Esq. for a libel upon him in the Dublin Evening Post. Damages laid at 5000 pounds ... verdict, 60 pounds. VOL.220(8) A full and accurate report of the trials of John Fogarthy, jun., Edward Emerson, John Fogarthy, sen., Japhet White, Charles Reid, James Reid, Patrick Garrigan, and Samuel Clayton: charged with having forged stamps in their possession, knowing them to be forged, and with intent to utter the same. Held at the Commission Court, on Monday, the 4th of December. 1815. Before the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, and Barons George & M'Clelland.
