Case of Charlotte, Duchess Dowager of Atholl, and Baroness Strange, respecting the claim to the dignity or high office of Great Chamberlain of England. The case of James Duke of Athol, Lord of Mann, and the Isles, &c. claiming the barony of Strange, created by writ of summons 3 Car. I. directed to his great grandfather (whose heir he is) James, the son of William Earl of Derby, by the name of James Strange, Chevalier, in virtue of which the said Lord Strange sat and voted in several Parliaments. The case of Peter Burrell, of Beckenham, in the county of Kent, Esquire, and the Right Honourable Priscilla Barbara Elizabeth, Baroness Willoughby of Eresby, his wife, upon the claim of the said Lady Willoughby of Eresby, and of the said Peter Burrell, in her right, to the high office of Lord Great Chamberlain of England, and all dignities and liberties thereto belonging.
