The case of Robert-George-William Trefusis, of Trefusis, in the county of Cornwall, in relation to his claim of the barony of Clinton. The case of Sir John Griffin Griffin, of Audley End, in the county of Essex. Colonel of the First Troop of Horse Grenadier Guards; General of his Majesty's forces; and Knight of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath; one of the two coheirs of James Howard, Lord Howard of Walden, and Earl of Suffolk; the grandson of Thomas Howard, who was summoned to Parliament in the fortieth year of Queen Elizabeth, as the first Lord Howard of Walden. The case of Richard Earl of Burlington, claiming the Barony of Clifford, created by writ of summons 3 °Caroli I. directed to his great great grandfather, whose heir he is, Henry the son of Francis Earl of Cumberland, by the name of Henry Clifford, Chevalier; in virtue of which writ the said Lord Clifford sat and voted in several Parliaments.
