Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom was referred the petition of Arthur James Netterville of Cruicerath in the county of Meath Esquire, to Her Majesty, praying Her Majesty to be graciously pleased to admit his claim to the dignity of Viscount Netterville, and to declare that he is entitled to the said dignity and all the rights and privileges appertaining thereunto, together with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House, and the report of the Attorney General thereon thereunto annexed.
