Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom were referred the petition of the Right Honourable Sir Maurice Frederick FitzHardinge Berkeley, K.C.B. &c. to Her Majesty, praying that it may be declared that he is entitled to the dignity of Baron of Berkeley, and that a writ of summons to Parliament may be directed to the petitioner as Baron of Berkeley; together with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House, and the report of the Attorney General thereon.
