Praying that his petition to Her Majesty, now standing referred to this House, may be further proceeded with, and that he may be at liberty to appear and be heard on the petitions of the Earl of Loudoun, now standing referred, and that in any report to be made on the said petition, his claim may be recognised and preserved. Presented 30th April, 1874.
