Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom was referred the petition of William Selby Lowndes of Whaddon in the county of Buckingham, Esquire, to Her Majesty, praying Her Majesty to be graciously pleased to determine the abeyance of the Barony of Montacute by summoning the petitioner to Parliament by the style and title of Lord Montacute; together with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House; and the report of the Attorney General thereon, thereunto annexed. Ordered to be printed 6th August 1861.
