Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom the petition of Sir Charles Robert Tempest of Broughton in the county of York and of Coleby Hall in the county of Lincoln Baronet, to Her Majesty, praying Her Majesty to determine the abeyance of the barony of De Scales, and to revive in his person the dignity of his ancestors, by summoning him to Parliament by the style and title of Lord De Scales, togetHer with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House, and the report of the Attorney General thereon, were referred.
