Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom was referred the petition of the most honourable Emily Jane Mercer-Elphinstone de Flahault, Dowager Marchioness of Lansdowne, widow of the most honourable Henry Marquess of Lansdowne, K.G., to Her Majesty, praying that Her Majesty will be graciously pleased to adjudge and declare that the petitioner is entitled to the title, honour, and dignity of Baroness Nairne in the peerage of Scotland, together with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House. Ordered to be printed 8th July 1873.
