Acts made at a Parliament begon and holden at Westminster, the. xii day of Nouéber, in the fyrst and second year of the reigne of our soueraigne Lorde and Lady, Philippe and Marye by the grace of God, kinge and Quene of England, Fraunce Naples Jerusalem, and Ireland, defendours of the faith, princes of Spayne & Sicile, Archdukes of Austria, Dukes of Millaine, Burgondie and Brabant, counties of Haspurge Flaunders, and Tyrol, and there continued and kept untyll the dissolution of the same, being the xvi. daye of January then next ensuing, were enacted as foloweth. Cum priuilegio Regiæ Maiestatis. VIC_TOWER An act for vesting the estates of William Forester, Esquire, and Brook Forester, his son and heir apparent, in the county of Salop, in trustees, to settle the same, pursuant to an agreement previous to the marriage of the said Brook Forester with Elizabeth his wife, only daughter of George Weld, Esquire, notwithstanding the minority of the said Brook Forester. VIC_TOWER Anno regni Caroli II. regis Angliæ, Scotiæ, Franciæ & Hiberniæ, vicesimo nono. At the Parliament begun at Westminster the eighth day of May, Anno Dom. 1661. In the thirteenth year of the reign of our most gracious sovereign Lord Charles, by the grace of God, of England, Scotland, France and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Actis made in the session of this present Parliament holden vppon prorogation at Westmynster, the .xxv. day of Januarye in the .XXV. yere of the reygne of oure mooste dradde soueraygne lord kynge Henry the .VIII. and there contynued and kepte tylle the xxx. daye of Marche than next ensuyng: to the honour of god and holy Church, and for the common weale and profyte of this his realme.
