Observations on the plans for the new houses of Parliament by one of the commissioners appointed by the Crown in the year 1835, to examine the designs of the architects competing for the honour of rebuilding them, who selected plan 64, (with the emblem of a portcullis) which selection received the approbation of the King, and subsequently the sanction of both Houses of Parliament.
