In the Parlyament begun at Westm̃, the .XVIII. of Apryll, the XXXI yere of the reygne of the most excellent, moste hygh, and mooste myghty prynce Henry the eyghte, ... ther holden & afterwarde continued by dyuers prorogacions, unto the .xii. daye of Apryl, and from the same holden vnto the .xi. day of Maye, in the, xxxii. yere of his maiestries most prosperous reigne, from the whiche it was by prorogacion contynued untyll the .xxv. of the same moneth of May, and holden untyl the .xxiiii. day of July, the sayd. xxxii. yere: At the whiche day the sayd parliament was by his gracis auctoritie finished and dyssolued. Amonges manye other the actes folowynge by his highness, with thassent of the lordes spirituall and temporall, and the commons assembled in the sayde parliament, have bene establisshed, ordeyned and enacted. Henry the .VIII. by the grace of God kynge of Englande, Fraunce, and Ireland, defender of the faith, and of the Churche of Englande and also of Irelande, in earth the supreme heade, to the honour of almighty God, and for the concord quiet and welth of this his realme, and subiectes of the same, helde his most high court of parliament , begun at Westm̃ in the .xvi. daie of Janyuer, and there contynued tyll the fyrst day of Apryll. the xxxiii. yere of his most noble and vyctoriouse reygne, wherein were establyshed these actes folowying. Actes made at a Parliament, begun and holdé at Westminster, the .xxi. daye of October, in the seconde and thyrde yeare of the reigne of our soueraygne Lorde, and Lady Philip and Mary, by the grace of God, Kinge & Quene of England, Fraunce, Naples, Jerusalem, and Ireland, defendours of the fayth, Princes of Spayne and Cycilie, Archedukes of Austria, dukes of Myllayn, Burgondie, and Braband, counties of Haspurge, Flaúders and Tyroll, and there continued and kept to the dissolution of the same, beynge the .ix. day of December then next ensuynge, were enacted as foloweth. VIC_TOWER An act to authorize the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Works and Public Buildings to acquire lands for the purposes of the new Palace at Westminster, and to construct an embankement on the north shore of the River Thames in the parish of Saint John the Evangelist, Westminster. VIC_TOWER An act for consolidating in one act certain provisions usually inserted in acts authorizing the taking of lands for undertakings of a public nature. [8th May 1845]. VIC_TOWER An act to amend the Land Clauses Consolidation Acts (1845) in regard to sales and compensation for land by way of a rentcharge, annual fees duty or ground annual, and to enable Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the War Department to avail himself of the powers and provisions contained in the same acts. [20th August 1860.].
