Charles, printer, No. 57, Mary-Street, deems it necessary to apprize the public, that having, at a considerable expence, published a report of the late controversial discussion, between the Rev. Messrs. Pope and Maguire, the latter gentleman thought it worth his while, on Thursday week last, to denounce it as a gross, incorrect, and mutilated report, in which his own character, and that of his Reverend opponent, Mr. Pope's, were compromised.
