Letters of a Dungannon and Munster delegate, which appeared shortly after the publication of the plan of parliamentary reform, proposed by the Grand National Convention; are now first collected, and earnestly recomended to the perusal of the public, previous to the agitation of the question of reform in the House of Commons.
