Judgment of Sir Herbert Jenner Fust, August 3rd, in the Prerogative Court; with a statement by the late eminent Dr. Prichard, M.D., as to the truth of the case in which the opinion of the judge, justice and common sense, were upset by what is called a "point of law", but what might be called a "perversion of justice". The oath of a solicitor established a will in which a stranger, in the capacity of a medical man, obtained from a sick lady in the absence of her husband. After the perusal, the reader is asked the question, Do the laws require reform?.
