Ordered to be printed 6th August 1861. Minutes of evidence taken before the Committee for Privileges to whom was referred the petition of William Lowndes of Chesham in the county of Buckingham, Esquire, to Her Majesty, praying Her Majesty to be graciously pleased to determine the abeyance of the Barony of Monthermer by summoning him to Parliament by the style and title of Lord Monthermer; together with Her Majesty's reference thereof to this House; and the report of the Attorney General thereon, thereunto annexed.
